Join us as an Experienced Team Leader for the Nets company
As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency, and your team of Customer Service Specialists.
You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals.
The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.What's in it for You?

What we are looking for:
- Advanced Norwegian language user
- Intermediate English language user
- 12 months of leadership experience in a contact center essential.
- Very good knowledge of Google package
- The ability to create and manage KPI's within the team.
- High level organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in coaching and/or training.
- Someone who is eager to learn new things and can quickly adapt to change
- Someone who is ready to start ASAP
