Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and Spanish Payroll to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions for our clients.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate SAP HCM modules with a focus on Spanish Payroll, including time management, benefits, and employee self-service.

Provide expertise in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting SAP HCM Spanish Payroll functionalities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.


Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a strong focus on Spanish Payroll.
Solid understanding of Spanish payroll legislation, including tax regulations, social security, and labor laws.

Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules, specifically within the area of Spanish Payroll, including wage types, payroll schemas, and rules.

Experience with integration between SAP HCM and other modules such as Time Management, Benefits, and Employee Self-Service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
