About the role:

We're looking for a new tech savvy Digital Marketing talent to join us in Madrid. You will support digital and multichannel projects.

The main responsibilities of this role include marketing automation, organic and paid social media, website content, advertising, content creation, paid search, contacts database management, and metrics reporting.

To thrive in this role, it is essential to have an interest in digital marketing and financial services.

The role involves working with internal teams across EMEA, Asia Pac and in the US, so experience working in an international environment would be an advantage.


Job responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and consult on marketing programs, from planning to development and delivery.
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cuttingedge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Report Campaign performance, including measuring and evaluating relevant Paid Media KPIs.
  • Conducting indepth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  • Optimize Paid Media campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bid optimization, landing page recommendations, analyzing search query reports, and creating or updating ad copy, messaging, and/or imagery.
  • Provide recommendations for new campaign opportunities, including taking advantage of new platform features/ capabilities or testing new platforms channels, or technologies.
  • Track lead progression through the sales funnel (through CRM and marketing automation platform) and make recommendations for improvements for increased sales conversion rate.
  • Ensure Morningstar's brand is well represented across digital properties.
  • Managing requests in Asana to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:


  • 1 year of work experience in digital marketing, within client or agency,
  • Experience with CRM tools, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of paid and organic channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Experience of business intelligence tools, ideally Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and core web analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An eye for detail and technically savvy.
  • Datadriven approach to marketing challenges.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other Businessrelated fields.

Nice to have:


  • Knowledge of a second European language is a plus.
  • An interest in investing
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
