Are you a content marketing manager looking for a job where you will have the opportunity to elaborate and oversee a global content strategy across 10 countries?
We are looking for an enthusiastic content marketing specialist to join our fast-growing global marketing department. You will be responsible for creating best-in-class content for all Hightekers channels to drive awareness and lead acquisition.
You will be working with and reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working with marketing team members.

Hightekers offer innovative business management solutions to IT & engineering consultants, designed to improve their quality of life while securing their independent activity and allowing them to focus on their missions.
Your mission will mainly consist in developing content strategies across all channels and leading the execution of this strategy by the team
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams and agencies to identify key messaging and content needs
- Create and manage a content and campaign calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh and relevant content
- Take ownership of our website, blog, and social media for all territories and make sure SEO best practices are always implemented and content is regularly created and updated and brand identity is preserved across channels
- Work closely with our performance specialist on leadgeneration campaigns content
- Analyse content performance, create reports and adjust strategies as needed to achieve our goals
- Manage content specialist, agency, as well as marketing assistant depending on the need.
This role will be a great fit if you have:
- Native level of English (any other language is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling and engaging content
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- A highly developed sense of initiative and ownership
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Understanding of SEO and content distribution channels
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally
- A good knowledge of WordPress, Indesign and Illustrator is a plus
- Willingness to work closely with the Marketing Director and in team with other marketing team members
- Location: Barcelona, three days per week in our office in the city centre.
Hiring Process:
- Round 1: Technical and Behavioural interview with Marketing Director
- Round 2: 45 mins interview with our COO, followed by a 45 min case presentation to the COO and Marketing Director, based on an assignment given after Round
- Round 3: Culture fit interview with our International HR Manager
