new IT solutions based on SGS Business Units needs and requests, allowing the company to optimize its processes, improve its results and generate value for its clients.

These IT solutions are developed through a key work methodology based on an
agile approach, hybrid teams and short time to market.

Job Description:

You will lead the
data solutions, becoming the expert in the data toolset and the analytical supervisor of the launched MVPs within the DBO scope.

You will bring your expertise and vision to the delivery teams to ensure the correct launch of MVPs from a data perspective.

You will provide technical support in the
use cases execution to ensure the correct capture and exploitation of information. You will build
rapid solutions to meet the information needs and support data issues.

More Specifically, You Will

Collaborate with Business Units to have a deep understanding of the business problem that Data & Analytics may solve.
Provide technical support in the use cases execution, collaborating with IT to achieve optimal solutions.
Optimize and ensure the performance of the data visualization tool defined by the Product Owner, in collaboration with architects.
Support the Product Owner in defining data quality metrics.
Work with architects to move from the scope of the MVP to the final picture in terms of data.
Oversee MVPs implementation: troubleshoot data problems, proactively dig deeper into user requirements and challenges related with data to develop rapid data solutions that address user needs.
Work closely with data owners to leverage data to build products.

Qualifications:

At least 6+ years of experience as data scientist or data engineer.
Educated to degree level in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or Statistics, or equivalent experience in a professional setting.
Overall experience with the following relevant technologies: Programming (SQL,.Net & Python preferred) and data visualizations tools (Power BI preferred).

Technical experience in the following is a plus:
Azure Data Platform.

Relevant experience working in MVPs execution.
Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data frameworks, architecture and driving continuous improvement within MVPs
Expert in advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources.
Expert communication skills: Ability to transform ambiguous concepts into tangible messages for colleagues; Great ability to influence leadership and other areas.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with coworkers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.
Background of working in a lean / agile environment with remote teams: Adaptation of appropriate approaches to each situation. Acceptance and adaptation to new situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
