What will you perform as HR Operations Coordinator?
The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of HR services, products and systems. Work in liaison with business partners, managers and employees as well as external organizations as required. Focused on improving service delivery quality by streamlining processes and services whilst achieving a cost effective position.

Drive HR data management for DSC Transport & LLP EMEA, as well as reporting leveraging multiple system sources, and PowerBI as visualization tool.

Support processes critical to business needs and compliance (health&safety, audits of the DHL Supply Chain Management GmbH, vacancy approvals). Support the engagement, belonging and wellbeing agenda in Transport EMEA & LLP Europe.


Coordinate the EOS regionally:
mapping & follow up.

The role holder is responsible for:
Transport & LLP Europe HR Operations & Data Management (in context of hosted employees in ~15 EMEA countries)

  • Work with HR Business Partners delivering key HR transactions for LLP Europe population along the employee life cycle, esp. Offer Extension, Onboarding, promotions/comp. Changes, termination/offboarding)
  • Be accountable for the correct implementation of transactions, by working with hosting countries/entities (instruction of changes, followup and quality control)
  • Act as central data providor for LLP Europe & Transport population
  • Support LLP Europe in delivery of HR yearend processes in relation to data quality and system administration, both for C&B and performance processes
  • Drive core activities in C&B yearend process, esp. having joint accountability for the accurate and timely delivery of merit and bonus calculations supporting LLP Europe and the countries where the population is hosted
Reporting

  • Design and maintain employee database for Transport EMEA & LLP Europe population across all 15+ hosting countries
  • Develop HR Reporting capabilties on Transport EMEA & LLP Europe population, leveraging multiple systems as sources for HR master data, as well as compensation and performance related data
Compliance and business process activiites

  • Manage the ATR process across the region and act as contact person for EMEA Board members and country leads / HR BPs
  • Support internal and external audits
Transport & LLP Europe Engagement & Belonging regional agenda

  • Support the regional engagement & belonging agenda for Transport EMEA & LLP Europe population across all 15+ hosting countries

Are you reflected in these skills?

  • 12 years experience in DHL Supply Chain, with knowledge of our business needs in DSC Overhead Functions
  • Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships in matrix organization
  • 23 years of experience in HR or data management/analytics
  • Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes, including Talent, C&B, etc.
  • Graduate degree qualification desirable, ideally in human resources or related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, preferrably gained in international / multicultural environment
  • Experienced in working with virtual teams across a number of work areas
  • Strategic thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management skills in order to build networks and remove barriers
