    Chief Stewardess for a Sailing Yacht +80m Commercial Charter Boat

    We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking Chief Stewardess to join our prestigious sailing yacht.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess or similar role on yachts, with a solid understanding of charter operations and management.
    2. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the interior team and maintain exceptional standards of service and hospitality.
    3. Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a valuable asset.
    4. Expertise in guest service, table settings, silver service, and event planning to deliver unforgettable experiences.
    5. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Role Includes:

    1. Overseeing all interior operations and ensuring the yacht maintains a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    2. Managing inventory, supplies, and provisioning to ensure seamless service delivery.
    3. Coordinating with the captain and other departments to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
    4. Leading by example to motivate and support the interior team in delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
