    Job Description

    What You Will Do:

    • Assist Bartenders with preparing drinks and serving food according to guests' preferences.
    • Ensure Bartenders have adequate glassware, garnishes, beverages, and supplies at all times.
    • Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests.
    • Maintain liquors, garnishes, and glassware in the work area.
    • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves.
    • Deal with associates professionally, even under pressure.
    • Maintain clean work areas and adhere to health department specifications for cleaning glasses and miscellaneous items.
    • Be prepared to assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties, including serving other outlets like room service, bar, or terrace.
    • Keep working areas clean and safe.
    • Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the Beverage store room.

    Requirements

    We Are Looking For:

    • Experience in hospitality within food & beverage.
    • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
    • A positive impact on team members, guests, and colleagues alike.
    • An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders.
    • Ownership of important issues, problem-solving skills, and effective decision-making.
