    Program Summary

    KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.

    Job Summary

    Performs Cryogenics 7-level scheduled/unscheduled inspections and maintenance on Liquid Oxygen (LOX) flight line servicing carts, Gaseous Oxygen servicing trailers, and Nitrogen servicing trailers. Inspects, troubleshoots, and maintains compressed gas equipment. Performs cryogenic maintenance on mobile aircraft servicing units, Aerospace Ground Equipment, subsystems, components, and associated test equipment. Inspects and evaluates ground equipment for Electrical and Environmental (E & E) maintenance activities and determines operational status of assigned assets. Coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment. Provides instruction and guidance to less experienced maintenance personnel. Assigns work to subordinate personnel. Schedules equipment to be serviced and/or maintained and ensures the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Schedule Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Inspections.
    2. Perform Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance.
    3. Monitor Gaseous Oxygen and Gaseous Nitrogen Cylinders.
    4. Order full aviators breathing oxygen cylinders and full dry nitrogen cylinders as needed.
    5. Sign off performed inspections and maintenance in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
    6. Other duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications

    1. High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. 4 years' experience in Aircraft Liquid Oxygen cart servicing, cryogenics, and cryotainer maintenance.
    3. Completed USAF or other service Cryogenic (Cryotainer) Maintenance Course.
    4. Possess Cryogenic course completion certificate.
    5. Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
    6. Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
    7. MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).

    Qualifications

    1. USAF Sheppard AFB cryogenics course graduate.
