    We are currently seeking an Interim Legal Officer to provide essential legal support across multiple departments within the organization, covering a long-term absence.

    Based at our office in El Prat, Barcelona, Spain, this role reports directly to the Senior Legal Manager, EMEA.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Draft and review contracts, including distribution and agency agreements, sponsorship and endorsement deals, service logistics agreements, and digital marketing services contracts.
    • Ensure corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues.
    • Advise on commercial and consumer law, ensuring all activities comply with applicable legal standards.
    • Protect data and privacy rights, overseeing data protection and privacy policies, and advising on privacy rights issues.
    • Manage litigation cases, both commercial and labor-related.
    • Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
    • Provide ongoing legal counsel to the Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, HR, and Product departments.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Law.
    • Previous experience in a multinational or corporate environment is desirable.
    • Strong legal knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Critical legal thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Very good communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.
    • Proficiency in legal research and legal document preparation.

    About the Role

    This is an interim position to cover a long-term absence. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute effectively to our legal team.
