Payroll & Labour Relationship HRBP in
Barcelona (Santa Perpetua de Mogoda) we're looking for?


Your future role
The Payroll & Labour Relationship HRBP acts as a strategic partner of the management teams of the perimeter.

She/he will be in charge of aligning the HR policy and responsible for the definition and the implementation of the relevant HR action plans to achieve the business targets.

Acts as a change agent to support ongoing organizational, management and cultural changes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business Engineering, Project Management, Quality and much more.


We'll look to you for:

  • MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:_
  • Translate Business strategy and targets into HR action plans and performance.
  • Support organization design and drive change management.
  • Is the single point of contact of management teams on organization and people, management matters, and act as a coach and advisor.
  • Support the departments she/he is in charge in the implementation and the rollout of development strategies & initiatives in Labour Relations.
  • Drive workforce planning, define resourcing and staffing needs.
  • Ensure an efficient deployment of the PMC (carryout processes ie. Performance Management, Salary Review and associated budget, STI scheme, People Review).
  • Manage or contribute to the accuracy of all HR information systems and provide data quality to the administration teams.
  • Lead the payroll process and time attendance system follow up.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Educational Requirements:


  • Degree in Business & HR related discipline.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (read, written and spoken)
  • Uptodate knowledge of labour legislation

Experience:


  • At least 5 years in similar position in the Industrial sector.
  • Generalist HR experience covering all HR activities, especially payroll process.
  • Desirable focus in Labour Relations.
  • Matrix environment.
  • Strong business awareness
  • Customer oriented
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Exposure to senior managers.
