For our client, an international leading company specialized in exclusive taps and high-end bathroom furniture, we are looking for a Technical Plumber - fluent in French - to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service Department in Barcelona.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customers and the local team by serving as the primary point of contact to provide information, advice and assistance on technical issues.
  • Coordinate the external network of technical services for warranty, goodwill or maintenance work.
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager in terms of technical advice when necessary.
  • Support the subsidiary in achieving quality standards and results.

- _ Technical support (virtual)._
- _Installation of smart products._
- _Warehouse management (own spare parts for Field Service)._
- _Handling of Maintenance contracts._
- _Training employees and Service Partners._
- _Handling after-sales program for hotels._
- _Create maintenance packages for commercial projects._


SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Communicate information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner to various stakeholders (HQ, local colleagues, end customers, external partners...).
  • Understand and appreciate the commercial impact of decisions.
  • Passionate about service and assistance: a positive attitude towards delivering excellent customer service.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of taking initiative to solve problems and improve work processes.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Team player: effective in a teambased environment and supportive of team objectives.
  • Able to manage time effectively and handle different priorities and deadlines.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in technical customer service (minimum 35 years of experience in CS, in a technical or spare parts department).
  • A degree in Engineering, Plumbing, electricity or any technical studies may be a plus
  • A previous experience as a plumber, electricist can be a plus.
  • Eager to learn, capable of taking on new tasks or responsibilities independently.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • French
  • Native or bilingual.
  • English and Spanish fluent level (not mandatory).
