Obligaciones y responsabilidades:

• You lead security efforts, monitor platform security posture, and implement security measures
• You conduct security architecture reviews and proactively reduce risks
• You maintain centralized security artifacts and meet industry standards
• You evaluate and integrate security tools, particularly opensource options
• You provide guidance, develop, and deliver security training to internal teams
• You stay up to date with latest security threats and trends, participate in incident response and investigations
• You act as internal Security Subject Matter Expert at B. Braun, provide expertise in architecture, authentication, and system security for development teams
• You support and advise team members, take accountability, demonstrate selfsufficiency, maintain organization, and exhibit a handson approach

Competencias profesionales:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of experience in Cloud or Cyber Security
• You having worked in the medical industry is a strong plus with a keen interest in cyber security; experience with one of the major cloud hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP); proficient in at least one CI/CD tool chain, preferable GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines; experienced in script languages like Python, Bash; familiar with virtualization solutions such as Docker (e.g., Kubernetes); experience with the Linux OS and its environments, including command line interface; Having worked in an agile team.
• You have a strong understanding of containers, CI/CD practices and principles; fundamental understanding of

- infrastructure, network, and container security; in-depth knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) hierarchy and
- policies (creating and maintaining templates while ensuring thorough documentation) as well as establishing and
- implementing new Certificate Authority (CA) solutions and encryption

• You have ideally a relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Security certifications or Security
• Certificates in CISM, CISA, CISSP)

Competencias personales:

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a level of B2 or higher. Ideally, you also have proficiency in

- speaking German.

• You have a strong sense of initiative as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• You are an innovative, unconventional thinker and team player with professional collaboration skills
