We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive our technology and super-serve our French customers in our growing Barcelona office.

Nutanix EMEA Customer Success team is responsible for accelerating revenue growth with our Subscription Customers.

You be part of a team of representatives who will focus on driving revenue growth from French customers across all industry verticals and regions in EMEA.

The team has a unique vibe that comes from constant creativity, innovation, and focuses on how we can better serve our customers every time.


About the team
It is an exciting time to be joining the team in Barcelona. We are currently building the office to be our sales centre of excellence for the EMEA region.

The office will have a unique start-up feel, and you can play a major role in growing the office and fast-tracking your career.

We have had a record FY22 and have been recognised by Gartner as the leaders in HCI for the fourth year running We are now looking for the next generation of "Nutants" who have the hunger to grow their careers in Cloud Technology


Your Role

  • Maximize the success of Nutanix's French customers across EMEA through proactive engagement and support.
  • Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer checkins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data.
  • Act as the customer's advocate engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary and ensuring successful resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in hightech customerfacing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience working with software subscription customers.
  • Proven track record of overachieving in a sales metricsdriven environment.
  • Knowledge of data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking would be desirable.

About Your Team

  • He is looking to hire a strong team player who is always putting the customer first.
  • Mehdi is French and based in Barcelona for 12 years with his wife and his 2 children.
