    Position Description

    As Hotel Asset Management Manager at Global Asset Solutions, you will be the key link between investors and hotel operations, ensuring financial performance is optimised. You will conduct financial performance evaluations, develop strategies to maximise asset value, oversee operational management, and work closely with hotel management teams to implement strategic plans. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Barcelona, with the possibility of working remotely on some days.

    Requirements

    • Solid experience in hotel performance management, business strategy development, and financial analysis (minimum 5 years; applications without this experience will not be reviewed).
    • Knowledge of international tourism markets and hotel asset management.
    • Strong skills in data analysis, action plan development, and oversight of hotel operations.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven strategic mindset. xugodme
    • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language will be considered an asset.
