The YourCode Group is excited to work with a multi-award-winning IT service provider.

Their services range from customized software development and implementing scaled, agile methods, such as SAFe, to consulting on agile processes and hosting seminars, and workshops.

Responsibilities:

• As part of a team, you will record customer requirements for the introduction and expansion of Atlassian products and develop complete solution scenarios from analysis to conception to implementation;
• A "bridge builder" between organizational development and the technical team;
• Advice and support in the implementation of the defined processes;
• Actively contribute to the further development of the use of the Atlassian toolchain;
• Analyze complex business processes and support management with technical

requirements, key figures and processes in the business analytics environment;

• Design customer journeys;
• Working with Power BI, eazyBI;
• Training teams in defined processes, methods and tools.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban);
• A real Atlassian expert and confident as a Confluence and Jira project

administrator;

• Ideally, you have initial experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer;
• Experience with quality management standards (e.g. ISO 26262, SPICE/ Automotive

SPICE, ISO/IEC 15504);

• You enjoy optimizing requirements management and documenting processes;
• Ideally, you can show relevant certifications or experience with development models (Vmodel, agile development e.g. SAFe);
• Very good English and German language skills (B2-C1).
