- To support access to hematology oncology medications by deeply understanding the hematology oncology field and specificities of hospitals/cancer centers
- To collaborate with healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities to assist hematology oncology patients during their treatment journey
- To drive the use of hematology oncology medications in line with GSK Values and Mission to combat hematological malignancies effectively
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to boost territory growth
- Understand and engage with hematological oncology customers, healthcare professionals, and hospital/cancer centers to achieve objectives and targets
- Have a deep understanding of GSK products, competitor landscape, and healthcare environment to drive optimal prescription of GSK products
- Foster internal collaboration to generate innovative ideas for optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate accountability and make informed decisions considering all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Represent GSK with integrity and prioritize patient well-being
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced scientific degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hematological oncology preferred
- Proven track record in launching products in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo for patient benefit
- Strong collaborator with organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and using computer technology
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed
