Should have specific expertise and experience of the following categories_

Similar Well known Client Procurement Delivery and T&T experience (Preferably in International Area)_
Experienced in IT Category in all aspects (SW, HW, Services, Outsourcing), make or buy analysis preferably in Multinational Context._
Contract drafting and negotiation both in English and Spanish language._
Strong Knowledge on Purchase to Pay Management_
Team and Virtual People Management Skills and Experience_
