Job Title: Project Integration Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Integration Expert to join our team in developing hydrogen projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical definition and project management activities for multi-gigawatt PtX projects located in US/Latam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering scope of one or few projects, from design and conceptual stage to Ready to Build.
• Integrate component blocks, including renewable energy, battery storage, genset backup, and other electrical equipment for electrical offgrid operation.
• Coordinate hydrogen generation, compression & storage, synthesis to liquid molecules, and adaptation of each block for local/country ambient conditions.
• Interface with Nordex Wind resources in Sales and PM/EPC.
• Provide technical data and cost inputs for precise modelling of target KPIs.
• Critically review and propose changes to improve plant KPIs and enable permitting and refinement of models.
• Coordinate preparation of plant design and concept studies with selected Engineering firms.
• Daily coordination with development department providing technical information required for their tasks.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technical or project management areas in conventional energy, renewable energy, or chemical engineering.
• Experience in wind energy, solar PV utility scale, hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, or other e-fuels is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and good interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel.
