Your mission at Innovamat

Reach a
bigger audience with our new
Consumer Division (Strategy Team) alongside the B2C Lead and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer).

Leverage Social Media and PR to spread our mission among families and children
worldwide.

Your day to day at Innovamat

Spread bmath's vision among families worldwide and within Innovamat's HQ
Drive growth in downloads and premium users through growth tactics
Coordinate Marketing, Product and Tech teams to achieve business goals and features
Utimate ownership of the Business Plan and P&L of bmath.
Interacting with users on a daily basis, trying to grow our clientbase and better solve their problems

What are we looking for?
-
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration or similar (preferably).
-
Fast learner and outgoing person, ready to solve problems and interact with users
-
Ambitious and driven personality, fast decision maker.
-
Data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) as well as reporting skills. Capable of filtering and understanding the most relevant data while giving accurate and insightful explanations.
-
Proactivity is in your DNA. Strong drive for continuous improvement.
-
Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations).

Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail while working collaboratively and positively.

It would be great if...

You had 12 years of experience in a startup environment leading a business unit or part in a department

**The selection process

Meet our People's team. During our 30-45 minute conversation, we will talk about Innovamat's culture, the day-to-day operations, and what you can expect from your Innovamat experience. On top of that, we will find out more about your experience and analyze our fit based on our values.

Technical step. Our hiring team is in charge. You will receive a technical challenge to prepare and present during the interview. This step emphasizes the hard and soft skills, as well as the knowledge required for the role. The session usually lasts 60 minutes.

Final Interview. Arriving here means that you are probably a finalist. You will get to know the person responsible for the area for the final check and to negotiate the economic proposal here.

Offer. Once the final interview is over, we will make you an offer, which you can accept and start working for Innovamat
