**Sales dentro de nuestra división Cloud en Barcelona**, buscamos un
**Business Development Executive** para el desarrollo de negocio.
Entre sus responsabilidades, estarán:
Participa en la Unidad de Negocio y/o en la sala de ventas general, impartiendo formación en el mostrador, formación sobre herramientas y fomentando la concienciación sobre el producto.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias e ideas para contribuir al crecimiento del negocio
- Responsabilizarse de la creación de una cartera de pedidos precisa y detallada en el sistema CRM de la empresa (Compass).
- Elaboración de informes semanales para el proveedor sobre la actividad de ventas, el seguimiento de los resultados de las actividades promocionales y la cartera de pedidos.
- Apoyar la ejecución de los planes de negocio requeridos por el director de desarrollo de negocio.
- Identificar oportunidades de formación dentro de los clientes y los equipos de ventas internos y abordarlas en consecuencia
- Ser el punto de escalada para los problemas de atención al cliente de la planta de ventas
- Dirigir el desarrollo y mantenimiento de herramientas web como InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL), así como micrositios de proveedores y configuradores en línea.
- Comunicar información sobre productos, precios, ofertas especiales y promociones a los clientes y a los equipos de ventas internos.
- Llevar a cabo jornadas de visitas en la sala de ventas y/o en los equipos de ventas de las unidades de negocio
- Promocionar y vender los servicios de comercio electrónico de TD SYNNEX a través de la sala de ventas y/o los equipos de ventas de las unidades de negocio.
