About the role:


The
Sales Development Representative, as the spearhead in our go-to-market strategy, is the starting piece of the Bdeo sales engine, making a direct impact on the speed and quality of the Sales Pipelines.


Working closely with our Account Executives to ensure they have enough qualified meetings with our Buyer Personas, within our Core Customers, to generate new opportunities across all the markets we are targeting.


As SDR:

  • Developing an understanding of each prospective client's business needs and how Bdeo can help with its solutions, in order to schedule first introduction meetings for the Account Executives
  • Achieving and exceeding on a weekly basis our main KPIs (meetings, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Responding to inbound prospects requests and qualifying these leads
  • Leveraging the sales toolset to work effectively on a datadriven process
About you

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Native or fluent in French, Spanish & English.
  • Passion for customers
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced, highenergy environment
  • Natural sales ability: overcoming the challenge of getting in touch with qualified prospects under a hunter mentality
  • Winning attitude, competitive drive, ambitious and passionate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate our solution's value proposition
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bloobirds, etc.)
