**SUMMARY OF ROLE

  • Support the European Sales Operations Program, with the main focus on deploying Digital and Oracle JDI to all European Sales Offices, with the objective to enable new ways to engage with customers, improve the customer experience, customer care efficiency & cycle times.
  • This is a business administrative role to support eCommerce and Sales Operations Team during the execution of new projects and support users for issues and process questions.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The main responsibilities for the role are:
  • Support the development with business testing, and delivery of training material / user manuals / support procedures (incl. proofreading and comments on initial drafts) and training plan for the European Sales and Customer Care Teams
  • Communicate the European Sales and Customer Care Teams about new capabilities, including instructions and/or training
  • Triage issues and questions from the Business Users to the right Team and track the progress of the required support
  • Report to leadership about the number of issues raised by the business each period and how fast the issues are resolved
  • Support other initiatives within the Sales Operations Team whenever required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Required
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and associated required problem solving
  • Ability to work in remote and virtual project teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible working hours according to work requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of Oracle JDI
