Working Student Human Resources Generalist:

**To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

Your tasks:

Support for payroll management and review.
Management of collaboration agreements with universities and other entities.
Support in the development of the equality plan and other plans within the company.
Make contact with the HR Global team in regards of different HR topics.
Support with contracts reviews and contractual modifications.
Support with the working students and interns selection process. Data Based updates in excel.

Your profile:

Last year of study in Business administration or labor relations.
Human Resources master's degree could be a plus.

English and Spanish fluent written and spoken is mandatory
:

Professional user of MS Office package.
Team player and detail orientated.

At least one year internship in an International Human Resources Team.
Your studies are important for us, we are flexible if you need to study for your exams.
You are going to be working inside a young and proactive team with a very good ambient. Our working model is based on hybrid working policies so you are going to be able to work at home three days per week.
