• Supervising the team on a daytoday basis to delegate tasks and solve operational and quality issues.
• Conducting daily briefings with the team to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing deliveries are managed in a timely manner.
• Liaising with the Talent Team to organise the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Following and promoting health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you.
• Purchasing of spare parts and inventory management.
• Leading investigations and preparing reports on accident and incidents in your remit.
• Monitoring and investigating customer complaints and proposing solutions for the future.
• Monitoring the safe and effective use of warehouse storage space and racking and intervening when necessary to propose alternatives.
• Following and promoting the company's policies and standard operating procedures.

• Demonstrable experience of supervising or motivating team members towards common goal
• Solution focussed mindset and resilient in problem solving
• Strong work ethic and cando attitude
• Selfmotivated and proactive in using own initiative
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and comfortable working in an agile and fast paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate and delegate within a team whilst remaining operationally hands on.
• Strong working level of English
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to climb and work from ladders and in confined spaces safely
• Must be able to move and lift heavy equipment

• Proven experience of assisting with or leading the implementation of organisational efficiencies and operations
• Forklift driving qualification

• Zaragoza: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
