Tasks:


  • Development of programmatic buying algorithms.
  • Construction of various types of advertising effectiveness models (Coverage curves, MMM, optimal frequency, etc.).
  • Geospatial analysis

Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of GroupM's business and understand the drivers of success for paid media channels and the indirect impact of the broader marketing ecosystem on paid media.
  • Standardize and productize repeatable analytics solutions for recurring business needs: media inflations studies, benchmarking, pricing grids, forecasting, budgeting, attribution, incrementality analytics, custom algorithm development, and attribution models (MTA, MMM).
  • Perform Reach, Frequency, and Overlap Analysis and Insight generation.
  • Path-ToConversion analytics.
  • Audience Profiling, Analysis, and Insight generation.
  • Visualize key trends and relationships and articulate actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute campaign test & learn plans.
  • Process automation. Deploy largescale, production machine learning systems.
  • Stay current with the data science and AI landscape and innovate with new solutions for old problems.

Requirements:


  • PhD/B.S./M.S.

degree in a comparable field:
statistics, AI/ML, computer science, or similar.

  • 3+ years' handson, proven experience in an analytics or data science role in the advertising industry.
  • Descriptive, Prescriptive, Predictive Statistical Methods
  • Experimental design, A/B testing setup, execution and measurement, and results reporting.
  • Extensive experience in implementing data science and machine learning techniques to solve practical problems based on realworld data.
  • Strong experience of marketing analytics experience and deep domain knowledge of ad tech or media preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into a rigorous, statistical framework.
  • Experience developing on cloud infrastructure (AWS Sagemaker, GC ML...)
  • Proficiency in SQL applied to different databases (PostgreSQL/Redshift, Google Big Query, MySQL/Aurora, MS SQL).
  • Visual analytics and Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Datorama Salesforce.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R. Experience working with ML packages (scikitlearn, TensorFlow, etc.), parallelized data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.), and Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
  • Experience developing on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, AWS Sagemaker, GC ML...)
  • Teamwork skills under Agile Development methods.
  • High level of English proficiency.
