JOB MISSION


Want to support on the global stage? As a
Legal Trainee within
Reckitt Iberia, you'll have the freedom to take your skills and expertise to the next level.


Joining the legal team you'll help with:

  • Legal support to MKT Department on advertisement laws.
  • Legal support to Sales Department in any advice on competition related matters.
  • Intellectual Property: Trademark Protection & Anticounterfeiting.
  • Litigation: support on the prosecution of any claims before autoregulatory bodies & collaboration with our external lawyers
  • Review or draft of contracts for all functions
  • Preparation and delivery of trainings on Data Protection, Competition Law, Advertisement law & Anti-Bribery act
  • Implementation of the privacyrelated statutory requirements, including privacy impact assessments and due registries of the existing data processing activities.
  • Digital: offline daily legal support for online / ecommerce plus extrawork on Website legal terms, Social networks & Influencers close support
  • Support in the implementation and followup of the company's Criminal Compliance Program.

You'll succeed because
you've a degree in Law and are willing to start your legal career in an international environment. You manage sensitive information discreetly.

You combine administrative experience with a proactive and adaptable approach, and there's nothing you don't know about Microsoft Office 365.

You're a natural multitasker, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when needed. And crucially, you're comfortable working quickly and reacting to change.

Additional requirements:


  • University degree in Law
  • Possibility of internship agreement with University/Business School
  • Business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical skills and logic thinking
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different business environments, technologies and processes
  • Communication skills and strong leadership attitude
