We are looking for a likeminded individual to join our team of passionate, proactive, creative, highly motivated, business oriented and driven people supporting our Iberia Business.

Responsible for managing the customer amplification, shopper activation, visibility tools, trade Items and hostess, warehousing and partnership collaboration managing the local end-to-end design, implementation, and execution and coordinating the European initiatives for the three categories: savoury snacks, wholesome snacks, and cereals in the Iberia Market (Spain and Portugal)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the local execution of the shopper marketing activation plans coming from the European Business Unit and develop, execute, and activate the current shopper plans for the three categories.
  • Design the instore activation & channels execution strategies (deploy Pos & onshelf visibility plans, quality control, logistics, etc.) in full coordination with the sales team.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deploy the activation plans to the sales team
  • Lead the local visibility activities needed by market, channel, and customer if it should be developed locally
  • Lead the warehousing project, including period reports, tracking, control, and budget coordinating it with the brand activation team, sales and field sales team and having an endtoend collaboration with the POSM team in the Central Team.
  • Lead the postevaluation for the local shopper activations developing a postevaluation (ROI) tracking for the main activities giving a recommendation for the shopper and customer activation for the next year.
  • Support in the development and execution of internal engagement initiatives to drive excitement around the brand activation plans

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Support the business planning, customers amplification and development for the Iberia business.
  • Supporting the delivery of fully integrated commercial shopper plans for the brands in customers.
  • Being accountable for the brand's budget including consumer and shoppers' activities.
  • Provide timely and specific input to the central team on category strategy, media plans, masterplan, toolboxes, consumer/shopper insights and future innovations.
  • Responsible for the design, development, execution, and implementation for the brand building activities and their postevaluation.
  • Identify main insights, trends and tools in the retail and Away from Home channel.
  • Constantly monitor competitors' activities across the channel and customers bringing the outside into the organization.
  • Development of local POS material and champions innovative and different ideas for POS
  • Coordinate Incentives needs with Sales Teams across assigned Markets
  • Coordinate the partnership activities with strategic partners working closely in a multifunctional team and design, develop and manage the activities, materials, visibility, and tools needed for that purpose.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in the role, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics. Master's degree or specialization in Marketing will be highlight considered.
  • The job holder must be able to communicate effectively & fluently in English.
  • Brand management experience to ensure familiarity with brand equity tools, communications 3+yrs exp. in FMCG sector and understanding for the total P&L and financial acumen.
  • Experience +12 year in Trade Marketing or Sales department would be very appreciated as well in order to understand the commercial skills, consumer needs and shopper insights to turn into real actions.
  • Leadership/Influencing skills: ability to influence across organizational boundaries and partner effectively with the Central Marketing Brand team, POSM Team, Commercial initiatives responsible, Sales and Field Sales team and external agencies. Ability to manage end to end your projects in collaboration with an endtoend team.
  • High drive for results and owner's mindset, courage, risk taking and out of the box thinking.
