WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

Mix of technical skills and business understanding.
Knowledge on cognitive automation.
Experience on implementing Governance Model, Support Model, Control Framework (Compliance), Solution design, Cost model, Risks Identification.
Innovation metrics definition.
Effective collaboration and communication.
English Fluent.

Solution Industrialization:

Lead the scaling and optimization of innovative solutions like IDP, Conversational AI, NLP, and Task Mining to enhance operational efficiency and business impact.

Global Operating Model:

Develop a cohesive Global Operating Model enabling seamless end-to-end processes for complex developments, supporting enterprise automation initiatives across geographies.

Strategic Automation:
Strategically deploy automation solutions, driving digital transformation by identifying areas for value creation and improved business processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and business teams to align requirements, gather insights, and translate needs into actionable automation strategies.

Performance Enhancement:

Define and track performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of IDP, Conversational AI, NLP, and Task Mining solutions within the broader context of enterprise automation.
