- Ayudar en a la preparación, junto a los responsables de los equipos, de un backlog, asegurándote de que esté bien diseñado, refinado y priorizado.
- Ser el responsable del seguimiento de las métricas definidas del proyecto, así como de identificar las áreas de mejora.
- Asegurar la obtención de feedback continuo del equipo para identificar problemas y desbloquear impedimentos.
- Gestionar la operativa e integral de los proyectos asignados (kick-off, seguimiento, revisión de la calidad, revisión de los riesgos...).¿Que necesitas para unirte a nuestro team?
- Que tengas formación en ingeniera informática o similar, con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y equipos
- Nivel avanzado de inglés, a nivel oral y escrito.
- Conocimientos de metodologías de trabajo agile (Scrum y Kanban).
- Conocimientos en el uso de paquete Suite Atlassian (Jira y Confluencia o similar).
- Que seas persona autónoma, altamente proactiva y con buenas dotes de comunicación que te permitan interactuar y trabajar con varios equipos.
