Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

  • Support commercial project management incl. internal budget control, invoicing, variation order management, internal procurement and sub-contracting, internal risk management, resource management for client projects
  • Assisting PMO and general project management tasks, e.g., internal and external reporting, preparing and leading meetings, overseeing document management tasks, project governance matters
  • Support preparation and pricing of proposals for advisory services
  • Support stakeholder management, e.g., towards clients, partners, and other relevant groups
  • Support internal projects for standardizing processes and services as well as developing new services for our clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different Ramboll divisions

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management
  • Project management skills with the ability to drive and achieve successful delivery within agreed parameters of timescale and quality
  • Commercial awareness and capabilities
  • Good communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations
  • Attention to detail as well as solutionoriented and structured way of working
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Processfocused with the ability to develop, implement and / or improve processes when necessary
  • Curious to find best possible solutions in nonestablished markets
  • Motivated to learn and grow in an international and skilled team
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, team environment
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions that promote / advance company goals and objectives
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
  • High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required
