We are looking for a
Measurement Solutions Sales Manager , to join our Measurement and Analytical Solutions Team in Alcobendas, Madrid.

In this position you will be contributing to our business growth through the development of sales strategies and the coordination of our Sales Team

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Define the budget for Measurement Solutions Iberia, holding accountability for the achievement of Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets.
Identify market requirements and specifics to develop and implement strategies for growth of profitability.
Lead the development, review process, and communicate the consistent business development plan for designated area of responsibility.
Drive improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and implementing solutions to their needs.
Cooperate closely with other departments to ensure that commitments with customers are meet and to find opportunities for our portfolio.
Actively support the hiring process, participate in interviews, negotiate the compensation packages, identify needs and support the process of skills and talent development of the employees.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

STEM degree or comparable technical education
Demonstrated experience related to Direct Sales and Sales Management, including people management.
MBA or similar is desired, but not required.
Comfortable with change and able to succeed in contexts of uncertainty.
Ability to manage conflict and deal with complexity.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the customer's organization.
Business acumen and understanding of commercial contracts.
Good knowledge of MS Office Package
Excellent communication and presentation skill both in English and Spanish
Willingness to travel in the region and international
Driving license
