Resumen :
Buscamos un Ingeniero / a de Calidad para Clientes para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol implica colaborar con diversos departamentos para garantizar la calidad del producto según políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
Requisitos :
Grado universitario en ingeniería.
Nivel B2 de inglés (C1 valorable) / B1 en francés deseable.
Conocimientos en sistemas HVAC.Experiencia con herramientas de resolución de problemas en Calidad.
Responsabilidades :
Gestión de reclamaciones de calidad y elaboración de informes de KPI.Seguimiento de investigaciones de problemas de clientes.
Objetivo del trabajo :
Colaborar en el logro de los objetivos de Calidad de la fábrica.
Participar en el desarrollo de soluciones para reclamaciones de productos, asegurando su robustez.
Sostener el proceso de garantías.
