Our customer is named Doki.Doki is a mhealth startup and our vision is to build a comprehensive digital solution to address all users health and medical needs.
Our first step in this journey is to develop an online consultation platform, build a userbase and then expand to other parts of the health value chain, like prescription delivery, medical lab tests, etc.
Currently, a tech and product team has been established outside Spain. We are on track to launch the platform in mid-September in Spain. Our team has a lot of experience building startups in different sectors in Iran and Turkey.Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the company and have a proactive approach in participating in events, doing PR activities and etc.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople
- Make solutions for legal issues
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Development Manager,Growth Manager, Business Owner, or Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Be familiar with the health business
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho, etc.)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldWhat
