    What you'll do Lead the development, implementation and adoption of SAP Sales Cloud across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure a successful implementation and user adoption. Define the long-term vision for the application, prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact and contribution to growth. Manage the product roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with the development team to ensure product requirements are implemented accurately and on schedule. Maintain relevant and up-to-date product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and other CRM solutions to inform product development decisions. Provide training and coaching to teams to ensure processes are followed and activities performed in effective way. Be responsible for Key user management and Change governance. Your qualifications 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud implementation and project management (SAP Sales Cloud Certification). Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in product development and documentation. Experience with Agile development methodologies. What you'll get in return...
