As Technical Product Manager this role will be suited to someone with Business Analysis experience and/pr some engineering experience.

The role will require regular consultation with end users to understand and document business processes and facilitate the identification of solutions to increase user efficiency and effectiveness.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across engineering, Data Science/AI, Product Management, Marketing, Sales etc and manage the entire data product lifecycle from product planning to tactical activities
  • Drive and own product roadmap including vision and technical requirements
  • Execution focussed with shipping data products in agile sprints, building alignment and communicating concisely
  • Internalises and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the data product lifecycle
  • Plan an approach and outline methods to elicit, document, and communicate functional and technical requirements
  • Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing system and data requirements.
  • Proactively research common solutions, evaluate, and develop options for improvement and present recommendations
  • Lead and coordinate activities associated with requirements gathering and ongoing management/ change control.
  • Develop product manuals, howto guides, website help sections, journal articles, and other content that provides technical information to the end user.
  • Work with Project Management Office to forecast the required time and resources and enter the parameters into the project management system.
  • Establish solid understanding of Business processes, business owners, and dependencies.
  • Create documentation to reflect current processes and workflows, working across multiple organizations to understand upstream and downstream roadblocks and impacts.
  • Develops requirements adoption metrics and other methods of evaluating the longterm performance of the solution.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to other business system analysts.
