    Job Description:

    As an Associate Director, Video & Motion, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4+ Video Editors and ensuring that video and motion engagements are delivered on-time and at a high standard of creative quality.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of 4+ Video Editors, providing support in advanced motion and editing techniques, creative direction, project management, feedback, and performance evaluation.
    • Provide art direction on design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, hierarchy, composition, and pacing.
    • Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports to assess client health, provide project feedback, and assist in managing client relationships.
    • Ensure high-quality work output from your team, helping them develop content with strong hooks and thumb-stopping edits that meet deadlines and convert customers.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5+ years of senior-level video editing experience, with at least 1 year of people management experience preferred.
    • Must have experience in directly producing short-form video content that sparks engagement.
    • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
    • Proficiency in Figma for storyboarding is essential.
