We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director with a robust background in advertising, particularly in the realm of digital marketing with an emphasis on social media.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management and Growth:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with global clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating the client briefs into an executional plan and ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media.
  • Alongside our Strategy team, lead the development of social media strategies that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to ensure campaigns are compliant with local requirements, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet highquality standards.
  • Prioritise various projects for multiple brands in a fastpaced and deadline driven environment

Production Oversight:

  • Work alongside the production team to ensure smooth coordination between creative concepts and production execution, maintaining the integrity and vision of the campaign.
  • Oversee the production timeline, budget, and quality control, resolving any issues that arise during the process.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and/or executives, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support in project management, client servicing, and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, forecast and ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate forecasts and financial reporting.

Campaign Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization, implementing changes to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing highprofile client accounts and delivering impactful advertising campaigns within the digital creative scene.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Solid experience with production processes and managing multichannel campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (ideal).

  • English (mandatory)
  • Spanish (mandatory)
  • Any other languages are a plus.
