Customer services/admin position available


This is an office-based position (not working from home) working for a leading claims firm situated on the outskirts of Fuengirola above the Iceland supermarket.

You will be working with the customer services team managing and dealing with enquiries from existing clients. There is a clearly defined career path with excellent promotion prospects.

You must be available to work UK office hours (10am - 6pm Spanish time)

You must be available to work all bank holidays (with those days taken in lieu)


Required skillset:


  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Must be able to speak Spanish well (be able to translate if necessary)
  • A knowledge of the timeshare industry an advantage
  • Must have a desire to learn and grow within the role
  • Knowledge of word and Excel
  • Selfmotivated and able to demonstrate initiative in finding solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (who may be elderly and/or anxious)
  • Well organised and efficient
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and also by video call
