Customer services/admin position available
This is an office-based position (not working from home) working for a leading claims firm situated on the outskirts of Fuengirola above the Iceland supermarket.
You must be available to work UK office hours (10am - 6pm Spanish time)
You must be available to work all bank holidays (with those days taken in lieu)
Required skillset:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Must be able to speak Spanish well (be able to translate if necessary)
- A knowledge of the timeshare industry an advantage
- Must have a desire to learn and grow within the role
- Knowledge of word and Excel
- Selfmotivated and able to demonstrate initiative in finding solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (who may be elderly and/or anxious)
- Well organised and efficient
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and also by video call

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mijas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
