    The only 5-star hotel in the city to feature a terrace off every guestroom (471 in total), SLS Barcelona is all-encompassing in its delight, offering an array of exclusive amenities including rooftop dining and bars, three inviting swimming pools, a spacious 800 square-meter ballroom with abundant natural light, break out rooms catering to all size of meetings, a rejuvenating spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Baker Intern to join our team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Baker, you will:

    1. Produce high-quality bakery goods using authentic methods and techniques, shaping by hand, and staying one step ahead of industry trends;
    2. Craft a range of breads, rolls, baguettes, bun dough, scones, laminate dough, pastry and cakes with creativity and flair, developing delicious combinations of taste and texture;
    3. Continuously develop and innovate the product range, working with our Head Baker on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment;
    4. E nsure our operation runs without a hitch, our service preparation is smooth, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high;
    5. Work under pressure to tight deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and approach.
