Nestled in the heart of Marbella, Restaurant Cascada Marbella is a beloved venue known for its exquisite dining experience, enchanting ambiance, and memorable events.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team.

Tasks

As our Bartender, you'll be the heart of our bar area, crafting memorable experiences for our guests with your mixology skills, knowledge of beverages, and exceptional service.

You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring our bar operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks, according to our standard recipes or customized requests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage inventory and stock supplies, ensuring the bar is wellequipped.
Collaborate with the team to create new drink recipes and menu offerings.
Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender, with a solid understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.
