At ON3 WORKS we are looking for Sales Executive for one of our clients which is expanding to Spain.

Our Sales Executives are responsible for selling value proposition to inbound and outbound leads, over the phone or in person, and closing sales.

The role will develop and manage a sales pipeline, while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed ambitious account acquisition and revenue goals.

Over time, success in the role will open opportunities to take on more responsibility within Spain, or internationally.


SALARY RANGE:
35.000 euros to commissions


Responsibilities:


  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed the quota
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Collaborative with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices

Requirements:


Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, in the tech or education sectors, with proven measurable results
  • Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience
  • High level of proficiency in Spanish, Euskera and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Highlevel of proficiency in other European languages such as: Italian, French, Portuguese, and German, both written and spoken is an advantage.
  • Collaboration on a daytoday basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
  • High energy, motivated, and driven to succeed

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications:


  • 25 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 35.000,00€-40.000,00€ al año
