Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Java + React Technical Leader to provide significant value to the development team by proposing innovative solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to participate in the design of cloud architectures based on distributed services, leveraging your deep understanding of development patterns and Java architectures.
Your experience with monitoring and alerting architectures and technologies, combined with expertise in continuous integration and code review, will be essential.
This role requires proven experience leading teams in complex technological environments.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Java and React development.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
Deep understanding of development patterns and Java architectures.
Strong experience in cloud architecture and distributed services.
Expertise in monitoring and alerting architectures and technologies.
Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
Native Spanish level.
Advanced level of English.
