In order to complete our T&P Department, we are currently looking for a **IT Business Analyst - Quality Management

In this position, with guidance of the SAP QM & QMS Mobile Product Manager you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Consumers (Corporate Quality Team, Regional IT representatives, IT supporting teams) and End User.

As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions.

You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

Your mission will be to deliver & improve a comprehensive solution to Manufacture Safe, Compliant and reliable Products. You will be in charge of evolving the Quality Management solutions linked to product Manufacturing.

You will be in charge of executing the product strategy, roadmap and to ensure delivery of the value of your project/product.

Your role includes safeguard the product availability & reliability, ensure issues are solve timely & reoccurrence is prevented.


A day in the life of...

  • The main focus of Quality Management solutions are on:
  • SAP QM to support the Quality Management with Nestlé production premises from inspection plan design to execution. The solution is mature & deployed within Nestlé. It has to be maintained and evolve considering business need changes, S/4 migration will be a key item in the next year roadmap.
  • SensIT, deploying solution & deliver improvements.
  • Coordinate Roadmap delivery with our partners including incremental improvement
  • Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
  • Document training materials for the product area
  • Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
  • Ensure on : time/scope/quality & cost delivery of Features
  • Collaborate proactively inside the extended team (Design, Deploy, User & Business community)
  • Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
  • Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value
  • Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
  • Ensure that Role design/change (security & compliance) will be consider during the solution design
  • Communicate the solution Business Value
  • Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
  • Work with business partners to conduct paperbased design, solutioning sessions, and MVP tastetesting all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. or Master degree preferred (Food engineer degree)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area: Quality Management, Hygiene
  • Project management experience, ability to manage multiple task and define priorities
  • Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and Design Thinking methodology
  • Devops Methodology awareness is beneficial
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
  • Technology knowledge beneficial to the job profile: SAP on premise Hana Live, SAP ABAP, WEBDYNPRO, FIORI.. Product like SAP RM
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
