Join TUI BLUE Hotels within our Hotel Development Team as a Business Development Manager where you will drive the growth of our TUI BLUE Hotel portfolio and brand in the Philippines.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for the growth of TUI BLUE hotel brand in Philippines
Developing key relationships internally and externally to exploit deal flow opportunities
Due diligence, analysis, and presentation of opportunities
Taking responsibility for the execution of transactions and deals including negotiations
Identification and evaluation of business growth opportunities including management contracts and franchise agreements
Attending and representing the brand at relevant hospitality events, maintaining a high profile within the industry
Monitoring relevant industry trends and news and their potential impact

Negotiating deal terms with owners leading to the signing of a Letter of Intent and ultimately signing of a management contract or franchise agreement.

ABOUT YOU
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel project development, real estate finance, acquisitions & development
Good understanding of the hospitality sector (essential)
Highly developed analytical and financial skills
A demonstrable track record of securing development deals within the hotel sector
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English
Relationship-oriented with the ability to successfully nurture long-term relationships that yield rewards
Highly organized and goal-oriented with the ability to drive excellent results when working alone
A desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
