Teaching Centre Assistant

Context:

British Council has been delivering English courses to adults and young learners from its current premises in Deusto, Bilbao, for 20 years after moving from premises in central Bilbao.

The centre offers a full range of English courses for learners from the age of 3 upwards, including exam preparation courses and teacher training courses.

Much of the teaching takes place on the 15-classroom BC premises and also in classrooms rented from an educational institution in the same building at peak times.

A significant proportion also takes place off-site in partner premises, including Early Years and Primary teaching. The Young Learner activity is a vital part of the Bilbao centre's business.

We aspire to offer the highest quality learner experience and the academic programme reflects the British Council's methodology, corporate standards and learning offer.
