- Design mounting systems to secure the battery cells into battery pack within the vehicle chassis while considering factors like ease of assembly, structural strength and serviceability.
- Develop simulation models to analyze and predict the behavior of the systems under various conditions.
- Simulate potential failure modes and assess their impact on the overall system (structural, thermal)
- Compare simulation results with real-world experimental data to validate the accuracy of the models.

- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. Knowledge in other engineering fields (simulation, automation, etc) will be of interest.
- Good knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, CAD design, Material Science and Numerical Methods in a product development environment.
- Experience of at least 3 years in the required functions. Knowledge in the battery field will be valued.
- Languages: English (spoken and written) is a must.
