Durante tu periodo de prácticas como Culture Specialist tu objetivo principal en esta posición será dar soporte al despliegue de la cultura de mejora continua dentro de todos los procesos de negocio y productivos de la empresa, implementación de herramientas básicas de mejora y desarrollo de la estrategia de comunicación de la site.

As a Culture Specialist you will actively participate in these activities, including:
Deployment of the CARRIER EXCELLENCE continuous improvement system strategy in its culture and process management pillar Support for documentation tasks of Cx Enhancements and its tools applied to Lean Office. Communication and development of marketing activities
Leadership in the implementation of 5s continuous improvement programs.
