We are looking for a
People & Culture Executive to cover a maternity leave (start date /planned/: beginning of January).

The People & Culture (a.k.a P&C) team plays a very important role in our agency, continually facing challenges in finding and nurturing talent, which is our core business.

The P&C team is dedicated to every aspect of our colleagues' professional growth, corporate well-being, and, above all, the success of business performance.

You will handle all aspects related to recruitment and onboarding, training and team building activities, benefits and corporate well-being, payroll review and other administration issues, and any other day-to-day operational issues of the Spanish team.

Requirements:

Academic background related to Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
At least 2 year of experience in talent management teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Adaptability and problem solving skills.
A curios and open

- mindset.

High level of spoken and written English
