Tenerife (South) Airport. Providing positive and effective leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the operation as well as the delivery of our famous
-
VIP Customer Service.

  • As
-
Station Manager, you will ensure our colleagues and suppliers deliver and exceed
-
Ground Operations Management Team at
-
Tenerife (South) Airport, across our
-
customer facing and
-
airside teams, ensuring that our
-
customer promise is consistently delivered, and required
-
standards are achieved. You will be accountable for productive business activity and reporting and will enable your teams to work together to deliver a first-class customer service at the airport. Building strong working relationships locally, you will partner closely with stakeholders, including all
-
third-party suppliers and
-
airport management based at
-
Tenerife (South) as well as
-
key stakeholders across the
-
Jet2holidays business.-
Role Model behaviours. You will have a proven track record in
-
leading and
-
developing large, high performing teams in an
-
Airport environment. You will have operated at a senior level within

Ground Operations, ideally leading both
-
customer facing and
-
ramp/airside operational teams. As an experienced leader, you will have proven commercial acumen and the ability to effectively manage demanding

internal and

external stakeholders.
